Draft, dated 18 October 2026. These terms of use apply to the unpublished test operation of the short information page about the network. Before public launch, they must be finally reviewed alongside the actual offering, provider information and applicable requirements.
Information page in test mode
The page briefly informs about the network and presents four locally supplied original videos. It is currently unpublished and used for testing. Content may change or be removed before launch.
The page is not a login area, marketplace, shop or payment page. It offers no booking, contract conclusion or promise of availability.
Free waiting list and contact
The main action “free waiting list” is a voluntary email expression of interest. It does not create a network account, automatically or otherwise. It is not a registration, reservation, acceptance of a contract, promise of access or entitlement to a later service.
Anyone using the contact form should provide only accurate information of their own and should not send confidential data or third-party data without authority. Messages containing abusive, unlawful or technically harmful content must not be sent.
Costs and partner offers
Use of the network itself is intended to be free. Separate offers, services or products from partners may be paid. Costs, contract terms, scope, cancellation rights and privacy of a partner offer will be presented by the respective partner before an independent decision, and do not automatically apply to the network.
A link, mention or later referral is not a promise, recommendation or guarantee of a partner offer. Users decide for themselves whether to review or use an external offer.
No investment, earnings or commission promises
The information page is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. It contains neither an invitation to buy or sell financial instruments nor a promise of income, commissions, returns, business success or other results.
Every economic, financial or business decision must be assessed independently. If regulated services, financial information or partner programmes are later proposed, their content, permissions, mandatory information and risks must be assessed separately in advance.
External services and Telegram
The link to t.me/networking26 is not embedded and opens Telegram only after an intentional click. Once the external page is called, its own terms and privacy notice apply. The respective provider’s rules govern the content, availability, security and processing of external offers.
The link does not replace an assessment of an external offer. It does not establish a partnership, recommendation or assumption of liability unless this is expressly and verifiably stated.
Content and permitted use
Texts, design and videos are subject to the rights of their respective rights holders, granted licences and mandatory statutory permissions. Components under free licences are expressly governed by their respective licence terms, including the SIL Open Font License for Manrope and LGPL-2.1 for PHPMailer. Uses permitted by those licences do not require additional consent. Third-party rights remain unaffected.
The page must not be used for spam, automated mass access, circumvention of the request limit, security attacks or other unlawful purposes. Technical safeguards must not be bypassed.
Responsibility and liability
Content is prepared with reasonable care, but may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate in test mode. Non-binding information is not a guarantee of particular features or results. Rights arising from intentional conduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and other claims that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law remain unaffected.
This draft does not make any broader liability arrangement, choice-of-law or jurisdiction agreement. Whether and to what extent a limitation is permitted in an individual case must be legally checked before launch.
Privacy and changes
The separate privacy notice applies to the form, waiting-list expression of interest and technical safeguards. Under the current concept, the page uses no optional cookies, local storage, analytics or marketing pixels.
These terms are a draft and not a legal guarantee. If the offering, partner structure, technical functions or legal position changes, they must be updated before taking effect and finally reviewed before public launch.
